Susan and her husband operated a construction business for many years, influencing her holistic approach to design. Her expertise in seamlessly incorporating design aspects into the initial stages of home development was refined during this time. In March of 2019, armed with her knowledge and a clear vision, Susan took a leap of faith to launch her new venture. Starting with no clients and a small team, she brought 23 years of design and construction experience to the table.

The experience has been both interesting and enjoyable for her, from the initial stages to the present. Preferring to work in the homes she designs, Susan doesn’t have a desk or office, emphasizing her hands-on approach.

Now, having moved into a 10,000 square foot building on Vickery Boulevard, the company’s rapid growth has necessitated the hiring of more personnel to manage their expanding clientele. With 70 projects currently underway, the firm has experienced exponential growth in just a few years. Susan expresses her desire for the business to grow successfully, allowing them to contribute more to helping others. As a leader, she aspires to set a positive example, consistently putting in effort, and never resting on achievements.
